Ed and Jay, I'm awfully sorry about leaving you guys in the lurch. My local phone company decided to accidentally cut through some cables depriving me of both internet and phone service (which has happened once before). It has now been close to two weeks and they still haven't fixed it (I have been notified it could be as much as a month or even longer). As such, I have no idea when I'll be able to get online and submit anything, and you should feel free to proceed without me, if I have been holding things up.
Again, I am really sorry about this. The timing could not be worse, and I realise this.
