An entourage from the small country of Cappadocia, an influential and wealthy trading partner of Rome and the rest of the West for it's control over the Silk Road, has arrived unannounced in Rome. The mission is led by Prince Croesus, and has requested an audience with the Emperor of Rome and the Senate. Prince Croesus is the son of the ruling Prince Attamenes. Despite the authority of the Princely family, Cappadocia is largely considered a republic under the general authority of Trapezus, it's capitol.
