Emperor Lucius Tacitus Vitellius has proclaimed that the Princeps Senatus treasury, set up over a decade ago with a donative from Emperor Augustus Maximus Dio to fund the private pursuits of each reigning Emperor, will be used to fund games and other festivities for the populace of the city of Rome until the Kalends of the new year!
