News 138 AD: New Praetorian Guard

The citizens of Rome are fascinated and frightened by the recently inaugerated all-Germanic new Praetorian Guard. The intimidating stature of each battle-tested soldier, hand selected by Tiberius Lucius Carus for the new Emperor Lucius Tacitus Vitellius, wear the guard colors proudly- and take pride in the fear and fascination they have instilled in the populace just in being present. The Emperor is happy to have the guard up and in operation.
