The recent announcements of legionary shake ups and renumbering of the imperial legions has many who know of these things talking about how it appears the new Emperor Tacitus Vitellius is firmly grasping control over the ramshackle imperial army and doing like holders of Imperium Maius Proconsulare should. It's been overheard that this new grip of control over army commanders is a welcome breath of change, even compared to Honestus' once highly touted methods.
